I have been a Rima shirt wearer for over 10 years. Just purchased another 4 shirts. A "black shirt" I ordered was delivered burgundy color. I communicated and was told my computer color monitor showed incorrectly. It was my equipment that caused the color error. HOWEVER Rima apologized to me for the mixup, and at NO CHARGE TO ME, promptly sent a "black shirt" to my home. Amazing customer service and one great "black shirt". Well done everyone. MG
